IMPORTANT: For claims, returns or credits, arrangements must be made with an caviarideas.com's representative within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any fully consumed, discarded or Perishable items. All products must be returned in original packaging with refrozen ice packs. Please
call us the same day you received the shipment, so that we can
resolve the issue immediately or please email our Customer Service
returns@shopideas.com for instructions
before returning any items. Customers must have an RA number before
returning a purchase.
If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED. For public safety reasons, all food sales are FINAL SALE. No return or exchange claims will be accepted
If goods are cancelled before they have been shipped (usually
less than 12 hours from order placement), the order is cancelled
and no charges are applied to the customer. If items have been
shipped at the time of cancellation, item will be considered a
return and our return policy listed here will apply. If you need
to cancel an order please email support@shopideas.com
If package is refused at the time of delivery the same policy above applies.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
All orders of perishable items will be delivered
via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight to ensure freshness. All caviar are
packed with frozen gel packs and are guaranteed to arrive cool
and fresh. The customer must be available at the shipping address to sign
for the package. Otherwise, perishable items may spoil at customer's
expense.
Orders with Perishable and Non-Perishable Items will be automatically classified as perishable, and we will ship Priority Overnight.
Shipping cost is calculated by item weight straight from Fedex or UPS shipping rate table.
